The strong relationship between these three territories – Inter-organisational learning, e-Learning at the workplace and Professional learning networks – and the need to elaborate a common vision and set of recommendations on how to enhance the meaningful adoption of e-learning in the working environment justifies the publication of a cluster report. This report sums up the main features of these territories, the commonalities and differences that emerged and provides recommendations on policy, research and practice as well as a proposal for indicators to measure the development of e-learning in the territory.
