enSwarm provides companies and organisations with “swarm” based facilitation software tools that improve group efficiency and collaborative working. Our software provides a structure for facilitated workshops that incentivises people to behave in a more collaborative way. We want to enhance the way that your executive board, change team or entire organisation are able to manage risk, innovate and form strategy. A facilitated session is a highly structured meeting in which the meeting leader (the facilitator) guides the participants through a series of pre-defined steps to arrive at a result that is created, understood and accepted by all participants. What is swarm software? We use the term swarm to refer to techniques that incentivise a group of people to work together in a way that enhances the collective intelligence of the group as a whole. This collective intelligence overcomes individual cognitive bias and the ‘groupthink’ that traditionally reduces a group’s ability to make the best decisions. In recent publications you may have seen this referred to as “the wisdom of the crowd”.
